On-Highway Engines
As Navistar develops and commercializes clean emission solutions for North America, the Euro-related markets benefit from that same technology. Today MaxxForce® serves a number of OEMs across the globe for a variety of commercial engine and consumer applications. The following diesel engines offered by MaxxForce are constructed for use in both commercial and consumer engines.
MaxxForce 7 delivers a better performing commercial engine with outstanding power, performance, reliability and fuel economy. MaxxForce DT is a power engine with clean emissions output, wet sleeve engine design and in-chassis rebuild capability. MaxxForce 9 diesel engines are built to the needs of International customers, offering heavy-duty power engine durability. MaxxForce 10 are built to serve the broadest range of diesel engine applications such as: semi truck engines, commercial engines, and on-highway engines. MaxxForce 11 Big Bore engines deliver outstanding fuel economy and excellent power engine characteristics that can be used across a variety of applications. Designed specifically for International vehicles, MaxxForce 13 Big Bore has changed the way the diesel engine industry looks at Class 8 commercial engines.
These diesel engines range from 3.0 liters to 12.4 liters and work to power commerce around the globe. Navistar engines are built to exceed the expectations of durability and diesel efficiency with the promise of a workforce that is always performing for our customers.
